MANDAN, N.D. (KFGO) – A Fort Yates man was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a suspended license and distracted driving after the SUV he was driving ran into the back of a police squad in Mandan.
28-year-old Latrell Black was not hurt. The officer, driving an SUV suffered minor injuries. the collision happened Friday night at a Mandan intersection.
The officer was stopped at a red light. The State Patrol says black was on his phone and had his head down when he ran into the police vehicle.
