Theophris Drake
MINOT, N.D. (KFGO) – A 39-year-old Minot man is in jail after a shooting at a Minot bar early Saturday morning.
According to Minot Police, Theophris Drake is accused of shooting two people at Dakota Lounge just after midnight. He was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Terrorizing. All are felony offenses.
The victims were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Drake is being held in the Ward County Jail.
The shooting remains under investigation.
