BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji Police have located a suspect who attempted to abduct two women Thursday afternoon.
According to police, 25-year-old Jonathon Staples of Cass Lake allegedly approached two women in separate instances while they were walking and grabbed them. He then held them against a vehicle parked on the street.
Staples released both women after they screamed.
Staples was taken into custody Friday night.
