Brendan Paul, who allegedly served as drug mule for rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, was arrested in Miami after federal agents intercepted Combs’ private jet. Paul was booked on possession charges for suspected cocaine and marijuana candy. The affidavit stated that officers, working with Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, found what appeared to be narcotics, which were later confirmed to be drugs. Paul was first mentioned in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones against Diddy, alleging that the music mogul sexually assaulted him during work on his 2022 album. Jones claimed that Paul was a confidant of Diddy’s who carried a firearm and was involved in the acquisition and distribution of guns and drugs. Jones also claimed that Paul was responsible for negotiating fees with sex workers while working for Combs. Diddy has denied all allegations made by Jones.
The Department of Homeland Security raided Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles estates as part of a sex-trafficking investigation. Federal agents carried out the raids with guns drawn, seizing bags of electronic devices from the properties. While it was believed that Combs had left for Antigua, he was later seen pacing outside the Miami airport. Sources indicated that Combs had intended to travel to the Bahamas to celebrate his twin daughters’ spring break. His sons Justin and King were handcuffed at the Los Angeles mansion but later returned to grab belongings before fleeing again.
