In recent news, Christine Quinn’s husband, Christian Richard, filed for a restraining order against her after he was arrested for domestic violence. Richard requested that Quinn be ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from his Los Angeles home and move out. He also expressed concerns about Quinn traveling with their son outside of LA without his permission due to fears of abduction.

Richard alleged that Quinn has a history of threatening to take away or hide their son from him and has not been cooperative in co-parenting. He also mentioned that Quinn is very close to her parents and is worried she may flee with their child to Texas where her parents reside. Richard described events that led up to his arrest, including disputes over the condition of their house, with Quinn allegedly not house or crate training their dogs, leading to damage throughout the house.

According to Richard, the couple also had disagreements about childcare for their son with Quinn wanting 24-hour nanny coverage, which he felt was unnecessary considering both parents were constantly with the child. On the day of his arrest, Richard confronted Quinn about the dogs urinating on his valuable items, leading to an altercation where he claimed he tossed a trash bag to the side of the room but denied throwing it at Quinn or their son. Quinn then allegedly took their son out of the room before police arrived.

Richard accused Quinn of filing a false police report with fabricated allegations of abuse in order to gain an advantage in potential divorce and custody proceedings. He claimed that Quinn was using paparazzi photos of his arrest to embarrass and humiliate him further. Page Six reached out to Quinn for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
