Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval go head-to-head during the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion – all while Raquel Leviss watches from another room.
A new preview for the explosive reunion, obtained by Rolling Stone, shows Madix calling out her now-ex-boyfriend for sleeping with one of her “closest girlfriends.”
“You think it’s perfectly appropriate to f–k one of my closest girlfriends so,” Madix, 37, says.
Leviss, meanwhile, can be seen rolling her eyes and shaking her head in a trailer, as she had to be separated from the group because of her restraining order against Scheana Shay.
“I don’t think it’s appropriate,” Sandoval responds, to which Madix adds, “Well, you did it a lot so you must’ve thought it was appropriate.”
Sandoval, 40, then tries to cut her off, saying, “Doesn’t mean that I think it’s appropriate.”

Elsewhere in the preview, Katie Maloney also confronts her ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, for making out with Leviss.
In the eruptive trailer for the full reunion, which taped March 23, Madix absolutely roasted “subhuman” Leviss and “rat” Sandoval for having an affair during her nine-year relationship with the crooner.
“I have been super selfish,” Leviss, 28, admitted at one point, prompting Madix to fire back, “Selfish does not cover it. Diabolical, demented, subhuman.”
Co-star James Kennedy piled onto Madix’s insults, calling his treacherous cast members “poo poo heads.”
Page Six exclusively reported on March 3 that Madix was “heartbroken” and “blindsided” when she learned of the affair, now dubbed Scandoval, after seeing a sexually explicit video of Leviss on her former beau’s phone two nights prior.
Madix since has moved on with Daniel Wai, with whom she’s been seen packing on the PDA all across the Big Apple. During one date night, a Page Six spy overheard them “talking s–t” about Leviss.
The former beauty pageant queen, meanwhile, has been holed up in a mental health facility for long-term treatment.
