Another day, another picture of Demi Moore holding her dog like a baby!
The “Ghost” star stepped out with Pilaf strapped to her chest Wednesday while pushing her granddaughter, Louetta, in a stroller.
The 1-month-old’s mom, Rumer Willis, walked beside them in an all-white outfit.
Moore, for her part, sported a white cardigan, jeans and black boots during the Los Angeles outing.
The “Inside Out” author, 60, made headlines for holding her chihuahua the same way earlier this week while shopping at a farmer’s market with Willis.
Moore adopted Pilaf in 2020 but became a grandma in April when her and ex-husband Bruce Willis’ eldest daughter, 34, gave birth at home with her family members surrounding her.
“I have some of the most beautiful photographs of it — of just me looking at her and looking at my sisters and looking at my mom and my mom holding me,” Rumer told “Informed Pregnancy Podcast” listeners of the water birth.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum recalled “sobbing with joy” after her boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas, and her midwife “caught” the infant.

“It was the wildest thing,” she gushed. “She had a cord wrapped around her neck, but it was also wrapped around her body in like almost like a prom sash.”
Before Louetta’s arrival, however, Rumer had to break her own amniotic sac, which she called a “crazy” experience.
The following month, the new mom rang in Mother’s Day with Moore in a “full circle” moment.
“The privilege to walk in this path of motherhood with you by my side to support and guide me is something I have only dreamed of,” Rumer wrote via Instagram in May.
“What a gift to finally truly understand the depth of love that you have for me and my sisters because of my own endless well of love I have for my daughter,” she continued. “I love you mom.”
