Ben Simmons has a new brunette beauty to cheer him on from the sidelines.
A source exclusively tells Page Six that the Brooklyn Nets star, 26, has been dating actress Eiza González for “a few months,” but the pair have been trying to keep their romance a secret.
“They’ve been hiding and trying not to get seen [together],” the insider added.
However, on Friday, the new couple was forced to go public when a paparazzo spotted them out on a date night in New York City.
Simmons and González, 33, were photographed leaving Bondst, a high-end sushi restaurant in Manhattan, where we’re told they dined “with a group of friends.”
“They weren’t alone [for the dinner], but they are very clearly together,” the insider said.

González was seen wearing a sleek black dress and matching boots for the date. She also paired her look with a grey coat that was chicly wrapped around her shoulders.
Meanwhile, Simmons opted for a causal all-black outfit that consisted of a black hoodie, a cap, jacket, pants and sneakers.
The pair were photographed walking side by side, but did not show off any PDA.

After enjoying a nice meal, we’re told the “Baby Driver” star went back to the NBA star’s place, but it is unclear if she spent the night.
Reps for Simmons and González did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Simmons was previously in a high-profile relationship with Kendall Jenner, but Page Six exclusively reported in May 2019 that the pro athlete and supermodel had officially called it quits.
An insider told People at the time of the split, “The relationship ran its course. [Jenner is] spending time with her friends and back to being in fun mode.”
Simmons was then rumored to be engaged to British TV presenter Maya Jama, but she reportedly called off the engagement in the summer of 2022.

Meanwhile, González has been linked to several male celebs, including Josh Duhamel, Timothée Chalamet, lacrosse pro Paul Rabil and, most recently, Jason Momoa.
The “I Care A Lot” actress was spotted dating the “Aquaman” star on and off throughout 2022, following separation from estranged wife Lisa Bonet.
