Royal fans are holding out hope for a reconciliation between brothers Prince William and Prince Harry after spotting this “secret” detail.
The Prince of Wales, 40, and his wife, Kate Middleton, shared a behind-the-scenes video on May 13 that featured scenes from King Charles III’s coronation weekend.
In one of the clips, the couple’s daughter, Princess Charlotte, 8, was running through the family’s living room in Kensington Palace, when eagle-eyed fans noticed a black-and-white photo of William and Harry resting above the piano.
The snap showed the royal brothers cuddling up to their late mother, Princess Diana, who died in a car crash in 1997.
The trio originally posed for the photo on the cover of their 1995 Christmas card.
“I honestly wish Harry and William could come together. Diana would be devastated,” one person wrote on TikTok, according to the Mirror.
The brothers’ relationship has been tense since Harry, 38, quit the royal family and relocated to North America in 2020 with his wife, Meghan Markle.
At the time, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took a step back from their roles as senior members of the royal family, but tensions heightened when they sat down for an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

And in the following December, Harry and the “Suits” alum, 41, released a Netflix documentary titled “Harry & Meghan,” in which they claimed William bullied them out of the family.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl said the future king was “incredibly upset and betrayed” by the docuseries.
“Even if William hasn’t watched this docuseries, and it’s my understanding that he hasn’t, he will be very aware of the headlines,” she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
“He will be very aware of the damage inflicted on his reputation, and I think it also goes a long way in explaining why the brothers are not on talking terms.”
Earlier this year, relations between the brothers worsened even more when Harry aired his family’s dirty laundry in his now-infamous memoir, “Spare.”
Although the Invictus Games founder returned to the UK for his father’s coronation earlier this month, he reportedly didn’t see or speak to any of his estranged family members outside of the ceremony.
Page Six also reported neither William nor Charles reached out to Harry and Markle after their “near-fatal” paparazzi chase in New York City last week.
The couple — along with the actress’ mother, Doria Ragland — were followed by photographers after leaving the Ziegfeld Theater in Manhattan, where Markle was honored by Gloria Steinem at the Women of Vision Awards.
“Last night, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Ms. Ragland were involved in a near catastrophic car chase at the hands of a ring of highly aggressive paparazzi,” the Sussexes’ rep said in a statement to Page Six at the time.
“This relentless pursuit, lasting over two hours, resulted in multiple near collisions involving other drivers on the road, pedestrians and two NYPD officers. While being a public figure comes with a level of interest from the public, it should never come at the cost of anyone’s safety.”
