Britney Spears and Sam Asghari’s wedding was a fairy tale come true.
The “Oops!… I Did It Again” singer tied the knot with the fitness trainer Thursday at her Thousand Oaks, Calif., home surrounded by approximately 50 of her closest friends and family.
As guests approached the house, they were greeted by a Cinderella-style carriage completely covered in flowers and other gorgeous floral displays.
For the ceremony itself, Spears, 40, wore an off-the-shoulder Versace gown with a corset top and thigh-high split while Asghari, 28, opted for a classic tuxedo.
The pair were surrounded by celebrities including Donatella Versace, Madonna, Kathy Hilton and Paris Hilton with her husband, Carter Reum.
After the couple said “I do,” the Princess of Pop changed into a short black dress to spend the night dancing away (barefoot) with Asghari, close friends and her older brother, Bryan Spears.
In a fun turn of events, Spears, now wearing a short red frock, and Madonna called back to their iconic kiss at the 2003 MTV VMAs by smooching once again.
Hours before the nuptials took place, aerial photos revealed a massive tent that was assembled in Spears’ backyard.
While Bryan, 45, attended the affair, TMZ previously reported that the bride’s estranged parents, Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears, and her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, were not invited following the star’s fallout with her family over her conservatorship, which ended in November 2021 after 13 years.
Spears and Asghari spent some time leading up to their wedding celebrating by riding around in a Rolls-Royce with glasses of champagne.
“All right, so this is my second time to ever be in a Rolls-Royce,” the “Stronger” singer told her followers in a video posted to her Instagram Story. “I’m really excited. There’s stars on the ceiling. There’s also very, very tiny champagne glasses of which I’ve never had. Very cold already with champagne.”
She went on to show the “jewels” on her bridal-themed manicure and described the look as “sophisticated.”
Spears and Asghari got engaged in September 2021 after nearly five years of dating. The “Hacks” cameo actor joked shortly thereafter that he and the Grammy winner would be getting an “ironclad prenup” to protect his “Jeep and shoe collection incase [sic] she dumps me one day.”
The pair further solidified their relationship when Spears announced in April that they were expecting their first baby together. Unfortunately, the “Crossroads” star, who shares sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, suffered a miscarriage in May.
Spears was also famously married to childhood pal Jason Alexander for two days after getting hitched in Las Vegas in 2004. Alexander, 40, tried crashing Thursday’s wedding, only to be escorted off the property and arrested.
