John Stamos wasn’t happy with Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen when they “didn’t want to come back” for the “Fuller House” reboot.

The actor admitted to Jenna Ushkowitz and Kevin McHale on Thursday’s episode of the “And That’s What You REALLY Missed” podcast that he was “angry” with the twins when Netflix rebooted the sitcom in 2016.

The show ran for five seasons with Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Dave Coulier and more original cast members reprising their roles.

The “Grandfathered” alum noted that rumors spread at the time that the 36-year-olds “hated their childhood” on “Full House,” which ran from 1987 to 1995.

“But they said, ‘We loved our childhood. We loved being with you. We miss Bob [Saget],’” Stamos, 59, clarified.

The former soap star, who played Uncle Jesse Katsopolis on the series, noted that he only “stayed in touch a little bit” with the actresses portraying Michelle Tanner over the years.

Saget, however, “really did” maintain a close bond before his January 2022 death at age 65. Since the comedian’s passing, Stamos has reconnected with Ashley and Mary-Kate.

The “General Hospital” alum recalled the siblings bringing him a “frozen pork chop and sage,” saying the gesture was “really nice” of them.

Ashley and Mary-Kate retired from acting in 2012, shifting to careers in fashion and staying out of the spotlight.

The duo made headlines in April when Stamos recalled getting them fired from the “Full House” set when they were only infants.

“I couldn’t deal with [their crying],” the Daytime Emmy nominee explained during an episode Josh Peck’s “Good Guys” podcast last month.

“I said, ‘This is not gonna work, guys. I screamed at them, ‘Get rid of them. I can’t work like this,’” Stamos continued, noting that the sisters’ were re-hired after their “terrible” replacements were let go.
