Kim Zolciak is accusing estranged husband Kroy Biermann of having a drug problem, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Wednesday.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 44, reportedly filed a petition requesting that the former NFL player, 37, submit a drug test amid their ongoing divorce.
The procedure would include a five-panel hair follicle drug screen, per the report.
According to TMZ, Zolciak has allegedly witnessed Biermann smoking marijuana and has “concerns” about the “safety” of their four minor children.
According to legal experts, weed is not legal in the state of Georgia, where the exes reside.
Zolciak and Biermann — who were married 11 years and share kids Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia — are in the midst of a custody battle.
They also share the former Bravolebrity’s two adult daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, whom the former Atlanta Falcons star adopted in 2013.
Last week, Biermann filed a petition seeking sole legal and physical custody of his biological kids, while his estranged wife asked for the same. However, she was willing to allow her ex visitation rights.
Zolciak and Biermann raced to the courthouse earlier this month to file for divorce, although a source previously told Page Six that the reality star had been contemplating a split for “months.”
The former couple finally pulled the trigger, however, amid mounting financial trouble.
The same day the divorce news broke, it was reported that Zolciak and Biermann owe the IRS $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018.
However, an insider previously told us that while financial issues “played a factor,” it was not the sole reason for the dissolution of their marriage. Cheating was ruled out, though.
As Zolciak and Biermann settle the end of their marriage, they are still living together under the same roof of their Georgia mansion, which was recently under foreclosure.
However, an insider confirmed to Page Six that the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums are actively “avoiding each other” while in the same home.
The divorce has yet to be finalized and litigation is ongoing.
Biermann’s attorney did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on his estranged wife’s reported drug use claims.
Zolciak’s attorney, meanwhile, tells us he is “unable to comment on the litigation.”
