Kroy Biermann appears to have listed his and Kim Zolciak’s Georgia estate for $3.2 million — just one month before it was set to face foreclosure.
The retired NFL athlete seemingly put the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion up for sale Monday, but a source told TMZ the listing is fake.
Biermann’s attorney didn’t return Page Six’s numerous requests for comment.
The 9,500-square-feet home features a pool, waterfront views, an elaborate wrought-iron gate and more luxurious features.
Notably, the reportedly fake listing notes that it’s “for sale by owner” with no realtor named.
Not using an agent would save the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum from having to pay a commission to the broker when the sale goes through.
Biermann, 38, has said in court documents filed within his divorce petition that he wanted to sell the marital home as quickly as possible so that he and his estranged wife could take the money and each buy separate residences.
He also shared in the documents that the house was going to enter foreclosure in November, which would be the second time the house fell into financial straits.
In response to Biermann’s claims, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum alleged that her and her estranged husband’s marriage was still “viable” because they had been having a lot of sex.
The former Atlanta Falcons player, who debuted a completely different look over the weekend, hit back, admitting that he and Zolciak, 45, were engaging in sexual relations but that he still wanted to go through with the divorce.

He further claimed that Zolciak filed to dismiss his divorce petition because she’d rather go through bankruptcy than dissolution.
“She has stated that she prefers to file for bankruptcy; a move that will ensure that the parties and their children will remain under the same roof for a significant period of time,” stated the documents, obtained by Page Six.
Biermann filed for divorce for the second time on Aug. 24, weeks after the former duo briefly reconciled following their first attempt at dissolution.
He’s fighting for sole custody of their four minor children: Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
