Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are “on a break” and hitting the pause button on wedding planning, according to a new report.
The troubled couple have been on the rocks since just before Super Bowl 2023 but “are still in contact,” Us Weekly reported Wednesday.
“They are very hot and cold,” one source told the outlet. “They have stalled wedding planning to work on their issues.”
The source claimed the “Bloody Valentine” rocker and “Jennifer’s Body” star’s romance has become “pretty volatile.”
“They are currently off, but still texting each other,” the insider said.
Reps for Fox and MGK did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
Just last week, MGK (real name: Colson Baker) performed in Houston and suggested moving to Texas because his life “is in shambles,” the Houston Chronicle reported.
The telling comment came after Fox, 36, attended the Vanity Fair Oscars party solo and without her diamond-and-emerald engagement ring.
The “Transformers” star first sparked split rumors in February when she shared a cryptic quote — and deleted all Instagram photos of herself with the “Emo Girl” rocker in them — on social media. She also unfollowed him on the platform.
Rumors began to swirl that the punk rocker, 32, cheated on Fox with guitarist Sophie Lloyd, though Fox quickly shut those down by publicly praising her via Instagram.
Sources later told Page Six exclusively that the cause of MGK and Fox’s downfall was suspicious text messages and DMs found on his phone that led her to believe he was “having an affair.”

Fox later denied that MGK cheated on her, writing on Instagram, “There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes, but is not limited to… actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons.”
A source then shared with us that the duo were holding daily therapy sessions over Zoom to try to fix their relationship.
“Megan feels that they must give therapy a shot before making any permanent decisions,” said the source.
The insider added that MGK “really wants to make up.”
The “Forget Me Too” performer proposed to the “Night Teeth” actress in January 2022 while on vacation in Puerto Rico.
