Melissa Gorga is taken aback by accusations that she cheated on her husband, Joe Gorga, in the explosive “Real Housewives of New Jersey” mid-season trailer released Monday.
“She caught you in the back seat of a car, kissing a guy,” Danielle Cabral tells Melissa during a roaring twenties-themed party.
Melissa seems to be shocked by the rumor as she instantly jolts her head back and winces.
The teaser does not reveal the identity of the “she” in question, but the scene cuts to Melissa’s estranged sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice.
Giudice and the Gorgas have feuded throughout the current season of “RHONJ,” but their relationship reaches a breaking point when Melissa, Joe and their three children skip Giudice’s wedding to Luis Ruelas in August 2022.
“If you don’t go to the wedding, Melissa, I think it’s over over,” mutual friend Dolores Catania tells Melissa over the phone in the trailer.
Melissa, 44, then insinuates that the cheating gossip plays a major role in the downfall of her tumultuous relationship with Giudice, 50.
“How can I celebrate someone else’s marriage when they are constantly trying to destroy mine?” she asks Catania, 52.
Despite their rocky relationship over the years, Giudice ultimately breaks down after learning that her younger brother and his family will not be attending her wedding.

“So your only sibling is not showing up?” her makeup artist asks.
Giudice barely gets out the word “no” because of how hard she is crying while getting ready for her big day.
Page Six broke the news that the Gorgas were skipping Giudice and Ruelas’ nuptials because the cookbook author had spread a rumor intended to “cause” drama in her brother’s marriage.
“There was a very tense ‘Housewives’ finale filmed earlier this week,” a source told us at the time.
Another insider later told Page Six that Joe, 48, and Melissa were “laughing off” the “ridiculous” allegations that she had cheated on him with actor Nick Barrotta.
“[They’ve] all been friends for years,” the insider shared.
Melissa and Giudice’s co-star Margaret Josephs told us exclusively last month that she is “sure as hell” Jennifer Aydin spread the claims.
“I wish Teresa [Giudice] would have prevented it,” Josephs, 55, said, though she admitted she did not “know” whether Giudice was also behind the gossip.
