More tears to cry?
Nicola Peltz shared a selfie on Instagram Friday in which she appeared to have tears running down her face.
“Sometimes I find it hard to show the sad bits of me,” the newlywed, 27, wrote in the caption, explaining that, growing up in a large family, her “strong parents” had “hammered it into me to not let people bring me down or hurt my heart.”
Peltz is the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, 80, and his third wife, model Claudia Heffner Peltz, 67, who have a total of eight kids together.
The actress went on to allude, albeit vaguely, to the context behind the sad snapshot.
“We all have days where people make you feel bad and it’s okay to be hurt by it,” she continued.
“I just thought I would write something because I never show this side of me here. I wanted to show this side of me. I love you all so much and truly appreciate all of your support. It means so much when you guys are kind on my page I want you to know i see you, I hear you, and it means a lot to me 💘,” concluded the “Transformers” star.
Many celebs took to the comments section to voice their support of Peltz — her husband of four months among them.
“You have the most amazing heart xx ❤️❤️ I love you so so much xx,” Brooklyn Beckham, 23, wrote.
Penning a heartfelt note, Selma Blair had nothing but kind words for the “Bates Motel” actress.
“Beautiful Nicola, many years ago we met, and of course I was transfixed. On your kindness. On your grace. I was weak and tired and older than your crowd , and you listened. Forever, I will consider you an angel child. In whatever mood or feeling you are under or in. Sending an embrace. 💛 sb,” wrote the “Cruel Intentions” star, 50.
“Love you,” offered Paris Hilton succinctly.
Page Six exclusively broke the news of a rumored ongoing feud between Peltz and Victoria Beckham, 48, on Thursday.
The root of the tension is said to have originated in the lead-up to the billionaire heiress’ star-studded wedding to Brooklyn, Victoria’s eldest son with soccer-idol David, in April 2022.
Of the alleged bad blood between Peltz and her iconic “Spice Girls” MIL, a source close to the Beckhams had exclusively spilled to Page Six that the in-laws “can’t stand each other and don’t talk.”
“The build-up to the wedding was horrendous,” they recalled.
The source claimed that Peltz didn’t want the artist formerly known as Posh Spice involved in her wedding planning, saying that “she wouldn’t clue Victoria in on anything. Communication was minimal.”
Further, this “non-stop petty drama,” according to a source, looks to be driving a wedge between Brooklyn and his parents.
“They haven’t spoken to him much in the last few months,” they added.
