Thirty-one years and forever to go.
Rob Lowe couldn’t stop gushing about his wife of 31 years, Sheryl Berkoff, as they celebrated their anniversary on Friday.
“Your love has made my world. You are as beautiful, knowledgeable, fascinating, kind, and hilarious as you were so many glorious years ago,” the “Outsiders” star, 58, captioned his most recent Instagram post. “Partners in love for life!!”
In the black and white photo, the former make-up artist hugged herself while wearing black sunglasses, a silk tank top and white cardigan.
Berkoff, 61, responded with her own sentimental post celebrating the pair’s big day.
“Love is always ❤️Celebrating 31 years. Blessed and grateful. Happy Anniversary xoxo,” she wrote alongside a photo of the two.
Lowe and Berkoff – who share sons Michael, 29, and John, 27 – first met in the ’80s after being set up on a blind date.
The pair decided to part ways, leading the jewelry designer to briefly date Lowe’s co-star, Keanu Reeves. However, in 1989, they rekindled their romance and got married two years later.
Before meeting Lowe, Berkoff got to know other A-list actors while working as a makeup artist in Hollywood – including a young Gwyneth Paltrow.
During an episode of the actor’s podcast, “Literally With Rob Lowe,” Paltrow revealed that Berkoff was the first person to teach her how to perform oral sex when she was just “15 or 16 years old.”
“I met Sheryl and I was, like, immediately obsessed with her,” Paltrow said, recalling that they met while she worked on one of her mother Blythe Danner’s movies.
“She was so cool. She knew that I was sneaking cigarettes, and she would come smoke with me behind the trailer. And she taught me how to give a blow job, and you know, all the classic Sheryl stuff,” the actress said.
