Tom Parker’s wife, Kelsey Parker, paid tribute to her “forever” soulmate one year after he died from brain cancer.
“One year without you ❤️ forever my soul mate,” she captioned an Instagram post of the two of them smiling at each other Thursday.
Kelsey, 33, was met with kind words from several followers in the comments section of her post.
“Sending loads of love Kelsey, on this big milestone day. Your strength blows me away! Xxxx,” wrote one supporter.
“A year without him physically, but a year of all his strength pouring through YOU ❤️ a celebration of you both xx thinking of you today x,” added another.
“Hope today you manage to keep your thoughts of all the good times and the love ❤️❤️❤️,” commented a third fan.
“You are a sensation ❤️ he would be beyond proud of how you and your babies handled the past year, sending so so much love and strength your way❤️❤️,” wrote another person.
Kelsey’s heartbreaking tribute comes exactly one year after she announced on Instagram that Tom had sadly lost his battle with terminal brain cancer. He was 33.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side. Our hearts are broken,” she wrote at the time.

Kelsey — who shares daughter Aurelia, 3, and son Bodhi, 2, with The Wanted musician — then thanked his fans for their support and asked them all to “unite to ensure Tom’s light continues to shine for his beautiful children.”
In October 2020, Tom announced that he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor known as glioblastoma.
The following year, he announced that the tumor was “under control” after he underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
“We had the results from my latest scan…and I’m delighted to say it is STABLE. 😭😭😊😊Such a mix of emotions,” the “Glad You Came” singer wrote on Instagram in November 2021.
“We couldn’t ask for any more really at this point; a year or so in to this journey. Honestly over the moon. We can sleep a little easier tonight.”
Since Tom’s passing, Kelsey revealed that their daughter believes her dad is on tour and doesn’t quite understand the concept of death.
“She does still talk about him every day and she doesn’t quite understand that he’s not coming back,” she shared during a June 2022 guest appearance on British talk show “Lorraine.”
“So, I have to be really blunt [and] say, ‘He’s not coming back, that’s it. He’s dead and he’s not coming back.’”
