Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sent good wishes to Sir Elton John in celebration of his farewell tour.

“Hi Elton, we just wanted to say congratulations,” the Duchess of Sussex, 41, said in a special video message that was shared before the “Tiny Dancer” singer’s Los Angeles concert at Dodger Stadium Sunday night.

The Duke of Sussex, 38, then chimed in, saying, “Congratulations” before his wife added, “And we are just so proud of you. We’re so grateful that we were able to see you on your farewell tour also.”

Harry then thanked Elton, 75, for “entertaining everybody for so many decades.”

He also thanked him for being a companion to his family, including his late mom, Princess Diana, and son Archie, 3, and daughter Lilibet, 1.

“Thank you for being the friend that you were for my mum, thank you for being our friend,” the royal continued. “Thank you for being friends to our kids and thank you for entertaining people right around the world.”

Though Elton is on his farewell tour, Harry noted that “this will not be your last gig,” adding, “We love you and congratulations on an incredible career.”

The video concluded with Meghan placing her head on her husband’s shoulder and blowing a kiss to the camera.

Over the years, Meghan and Harry have had a great friendship with the five-time Grammy winner.

Not only has Elton known Harry his entire life through his close relationship with his late mother, but the singer also performed at the couple’s 2018 nuptials at Windsor Castle and hosted the royal parents at his home in the South of France in 2019.

However, Harry and Meghan weren’t the only stars to send their well wishes to the music legend over the weekend.

Elton also received a heartfelt message from President Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden.

The president called the “Rocket Man” singer one of the “greatest of all time,” saying, “Not just because of your iconic songs, [but] because of your absolute courage. You turned pain into purpose and your advocacy has literally saved millions of lives.”
